Design the Camp Exsighting Adventures Logo!
Camp Exsighting Adventures is excited to announce a logo design contest for blind and visually impaired kids and teens! Our camp is a week-long summer camping adventure where campers explore the outdoors, build confidence, make friends, and try new things. We’re looking for a logo that shows the fun, adventure, and community of Camp Exsighting Adventures.
Who Can Enter
- Blind and visually impaired youth ages 8–17
- All participants are minors
- Parental or legal guardian permission is required for all entries
- One logo design per person
Logo Design Guidelines
Your logo should
- Represent Camp Exsighting Adventures
- Reflect a camping and outdoor adventure theme
- Include ideas such as
- Nature (trees, campfires, trails, lakes, mountains)
- Adventure and exploration
- Friendship, teamwork, and inclusion
- Be original artwork created entirely by the participant
- Be suitable for use in digital and/or print materials, including online platforms
All artistic styles and skill levels are welcome.
What You Cannot Use
To keep the contest fair and original, designs may not include:
- Any form of artificial intelligence (AI) or AI-generated artwork
- Copyrighted images, characters, clip art, or stock graphics
- Existing logos or designs created by someone else
- Artwork created or heavily altered by another person
All submitted designs must be created solely by the participant.
How to Submit
- Create your logo design
- Save it as a JPG, PNG, or PDF
- Email your design as an attachment to info@campexsightingadventures.org
Please include in the email:
- Artist’s name
- Artist’s age
- Parent or legal guardian’s name
- Parent or guardian’s contact email
- A statement confirming parental permission to enter the contest
Important Dates
- Submission deadline: July 1, 2026
- Winner announced: August 1, 2026
Prize
- One winner will be selected
- The winner will receive a $100 Amazon gift card
Rights & Permissions
By entering the contest, participants and their parent or legal guardian agree that:
- The winning logo becomes the sole and exclusive property of Camp Exsighting Adventures
- Camp Exsighting Adventures may use the winning logo at its discretion in:
- Websites
- Social media
- Printed materials
- Promotional and marketing materials
- Non-winning designs will not be used
Public Announcement
By entering, the winner and their parent or legal guardian agree that the winner’s name and age may be shared publicly to announce the contest winner.
Additional Information
Camp Exsighting Adventures reserves the right to:
- Disqualify entries that do not meet contest guidelines
- Not select a winner if submissions do not meet the needs of the organization
