Camp Exsighting Adventures Publicity and Photo/Video Release Form
I hereby authorize Camp Exsighting Adventures to photograph, film, and/or record me, and consent to the use of my likeness, image, voice, or written material in any and all formats and media, including but not limited to social media, websites, publications, promotional materials, and news media.
This consent is granted for the purpose of promoting, publicizing, or documenting Camp Exsighting Adventures, which runs from July 4 to July 11, 2026. Staff and volunteers arrive on July 4, campers arrive on Sunday, July 5, and camp concludes on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
I acknowledge that the materials may be used without further notification, compensation, or permission, and I release Camp Exsighting Adventures and its representatives from any liability related to the use of these materials.
